Any dealings you have with any person found via this website are between you and them. Purchase Purchasing of resources is done through Pay pal to complete your transaction. We also accept cheques made payable to: Diane Guerard Discount will be offered on bulk orders made by schools. Discount will be offered on group bookings (minimum 10) for workshops We aim to post orders within 3 days of cleared funds. Return or exchange If orders are cancelled before dispatch there will be no charge levied. Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. For full refund, goods must be received in perfect condition and the postage will be borne by the sender. When returning resources for refund/or exchange we advise you get a certificate of posting from the PO or return them via recorded delivery. We will not be able to refund or exchange any returned goods that we do not receive. In the event that goods go astray, it is the responsibility of the sender to locate them and not of Guerard Publishing.
