Licence Agreement
Conditions of Licence for the use of The Guerard System (RwRR Spelling Strategy) 1 On payment of the licence(of the sum agreed) to The Guerard System, a licence shall be granted for the period of one year (date agreed) and shall terminate at the end of this period unless this licence for the use of The Guerard System is renewed, in writing, by the licensee. 2This licence is for the use of The Guerard System (incorporating RwRR Spelling Strategy). No part of this system or publication may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or any information storage or retrieval system, without written permission from The Guerard System or founder Diane Guerard 3All licences for the use of The Guerard system will be granted on condition that the licensee adheres to the following conditions: · The Guerard System and its content, including resources, research or otherwise shall at all times remain the property of The Guerard System and founder Diane Guerard. · The Guerard System is licensed for an agreed term for sole use by the licensee and shall not be sold,leased,loaned or otherwise used by a third party without written permission from The Guerard System. · The Guerard System will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of The Guerard System in all its forms. This includes the misuse, publication, loss, destruction or alteration of any data, documents, and resources or otherwise that are related to The Guerard System. In addition The Guerard System will not be liable for any damage to any of its content/materials/resources/software or otherwise, or by clients, employees, employers, agents or associates of the licensee. 4 If the licensee does not renew this licence at the end of the designated term (by providing The Guerard System with a Purchase Order or an official confirmation of their intention to renew this licence) within one month of the expiry of an existing licence The Guerard System will assume that the licensee no longer wishes to use The Guerard System. In such circumstances any further use of The Guerard System by the licensee will be in clear breach of the conditions of this licence agreement. 5 If the licensee uses The Guerard System or any of its content after the expiry of the licence without written permission from The Guerard System, the licensee will be in breach of the terms and conditions of this licence. In such circumstances, The Guerard System reserves the right to take legal action against the licensee for actual and punitive damages that arise from the violation of this licence agreement.
